The competition results are posted!. Click here, you have to scroll down to Creative Activities and click on handcrafts, then scroll to page 14, mosaic on a flat surface. Or just take my word for it, I got second place. Not bad for my first effort. I'm thrilled just to meet one of my lifetime goals, but now that the fire is burning within me I want to get first place next year. Look out!

I am not planning to go to the fair until Sunday so I won't know exactly where my piece is located in the Creative Activities building until then.

In case you go before then keep your eyes peeled for my piece, titled, "Blue Ribbon Rooster Mirror" (I'm not changing the name to Red ribbon, or whatever second place is, because the motif is blue!).
